Applicability
A permit is required to hold a tag sale.
Fee
There is no fee for a tag sale permit.
Limit
Please note that there are limits to the number of tag sales: no one may have more than four per calendar year and for no more than two consecutive days.
If you hang signs advertising the tag sale they should not be hung more than two days before the tag sale and must be removed immediately after the tag sale is over.
