CHAIRS STATEMENT: This meeting is being recorded by the City of Greenfield. If any other persons present are doing the same you must notify the chairperson at this time.

  1. Call to order and Roll Call by Chairperson

  1. Approval of Meeting Minutes from September 3, 2020

  1. Change the name of the Committee from Public Safety Building Committee to New Fire Station Building Committee

  1. Temporary Fire Station Subcommittee report and next action steps.

  1. Full discussion on how much and when to request of City Council an extra appropriation above the $10M already appropriated.

  1. Building Committee Restructuring

  1. Set next meeting date.

  1. Vote to go into Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property at Main St. & Coombs Ave. if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.

  1. Adjourn
