Applicability

Any one holding a demonstration on public property must first obtain a registration permit from the Board of License Commissioners.

Fee

There is no fee. However, if the demonstration is on the Common and electricity is used, applicants will assume all cost for this and regardless of amount of electricity used there will be a minimum charge of $5.00.
