Community & Economic Development

The Community and Economic Development Department (CEDD) works to improve the quality of life for all in Greenfield by supporting the development of business, housing, and community. Our goal is to build the strength and resilience of Greenfield through a variety of means, from business expansion and retention, to improving infrastructure, to supporting and coordinating with local social services. We also administer the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, which seeks to improve the living environment and expand economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income persons.
